Michael Ohlman joined the firm following his admission to the Illinois Bar in 2007.  Mr. Ohlman brings diverse talents and expertise to Tamari & Blumenthal, LLC resulting from a professional consulting career in software development, network infrastructure and database management.  He concentrates his practice on business litigation, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation.
 
Mr. Ohlman received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Allen Kamp and Professor Cliff Scott-Rudnick.  He also served as an extern for The Honorable Judge Bruce Black in the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois and was an intern for The Honorable Judge Ponce de Leon of the Fourth Municipal District of Cook County.  Mr. Ohlman earned his B.A. from the University of Dayton in 1998.
